Further pushing the illusion of perfection, Facing Reality 2 is a heightened perception installation where a bathroom scene is recreated. Film is projected onto a mirror in which the artist further depicts the dismal attempts of cosmetic perception; as a result, the viewer peers inside and they see this performance as a reflection of themselves; allowing them to think more inwardly about makeup and how it correlates to identity.
